Q: What are your delivery and pick up policies?
A: We offer FREE complementary delivery and pick up In $60 USD orders to Puerto Vallarta area, Nuevo Vallarta and Bucerias, orders to South or Northern Shore may have a delivery fee. Delivery’s are made between 9am and 7pm. All pick-ups should be ready by 12:00pm on day of departure, unless previous arrangements have been made. If you decide to extend your rental, you must notify Baby Vallarta 24 hours prior to return date. All drop off and pick up times, are subject to real estate offices check-in (out) policies, Hotel and Inns policies and homeowners policies. Customers can request specific times for delivery and we will do our best to accommodate you.

Q: Is there a minimum number of days required for rental?
A: No. However, there is a $30 USD minimum rental amount and $60 USD minimum rental charge for free delivery service in some locations. Orders below this amount has delivery fees depending on location.

Q: Where do you deliver?
A: We service the entire Banderas Bay. Whether you are staying at a private residence, hotel, B&B or condo we are here to meet your needs. We also can deliver the gear to car rental agencies, or transportation service

Q: What is your cancellation policy?
A: Orders cancelled at any time before 48 hours of pre-arranged delivery date will be charged 10% of original order , orders cancelled within 48 hours will be charged 30% of original order. Early returns = 50% per day refund.

Q: Are your products safe and clean?
A: Safety is our number one concern at Baby Vallarta. Prior to you receiving your equipment, each item goes through a process for cleaning, sterilization and inspection to ensure it is in perfect working condition for your child and use non toxic cleaning products. Sheets and all cloth materials are laundered with non agresive detergents.

Q: What if I loose, damage or return my gear dirty?
A: Equipment must be returned in clean condition as it was received. Failure to do so will result in a $15.00 additional cleaning charge. Lost or damaged equipment will be charged the retail amount to your credit card.

Q: What is the payment process?
A: We accept all major credit cards through paypal secure payments. Cash on delivery is an available payment gateway but Baby Vallarta wont deliver reserve gear if it is not pay in full. If you want to pay through different way let us know so we can meet your needs.

Q: How far in advance do I need to place my order?
A: To ensure availibility, it is suggested you place your order as soon as your travel plans are confirmed. Of course we understand that sometimes plans can not be made until the last minute so we do our best to accommodate your needs.

Q: What if I am not satisfied with my order?
A: If you are not satisfied, we will be happy to replace the item as soon as possible so you can enjoy your trip to Banderas Bay.
