1. RESERVATIONS & PAYMENTS

Prices andpayments are in Mexican Pesos. However, you can use the currency converter to check the equivalent amount in your country’s currency.

A minimum order of $20 USD aprox. or $400 Mexican Pesos is required.

To secure your reservation, be sure that Baby Vallarta has confirmed your reservation by email.

Additional charges may incur if equipment is damaged, returned with missing parts, lost, stolen, or in need of professional cleaning.

2. CANCELLATION & EARLY RETURN POLICY

Baby Vallarta holds and reserves equipment for clients who make a booking, and this equipment cannot be rented by other clients.  Due to this, in case you need to cancel your booking for any reason, please check our cancellation policy:

-Orders cancelled within the same payment and delivery month and more than 7 days before the pre-arranged delivery date will be refunded 90% of the original order. If payment was made in a previous month to the delivery date, in case of cancellation, we will refund 70% of the original amount.

-Orders cancelled more than 72 hours before the pre-arranged delivery date will be refunded 70% of the original order.

-Orders cancelled within 72 hours prior to the rental start date will be refunded 50% of the original order.

-Early returns or same-day cancellations won’t be refunded.

Note: Exchange rate differences may occur as we refund in the currency we charge, which is Mexican Pesos.

3. RENTAL TERMS & DELIVERY/PICK-UP

Rental terms begin and end on specific dates and times agreed on reservation.

Rental equipment will be delivered/picked up at the designated location between the hours of 10:30 am – 3:30 pm, it will depend on the zone and schedule of the current day.

Same day orders can be delivered but with an extra fee that will be notify before acceptance of the order.

The gear should be ready by 12 pm for pick-up.

No need to be present during delivery/drop-off, just make sure the property manager of the hotel/condo/home is informed about Baby Vallarta gear rentals and provide a contact name and number.

Late pick-ups may be charged an additional day for each item.

Orders of  $1,200 Mexican Pesos include free local delivery and pick-up in Puerto Vallarta hotel zone, Mismaloya, Nuevo Vallarta, Bucerias, and Punta Mita. We can deliver in all the bay and towns nearby but a delivery fee may be applied

Orders below $1200 Mxn pesos or with delivery addresses in the Northern or Southern Shore may incur delivery fees.

4. EQUIPMENT

In the event the rental equipment is damaged, lost, or stolen, the full replacement cost will be charged, this cost must be paid in cash or by paypal by the renter. Equipment must be returned with all accessories and parts intact and in proper working condition as it was received; otherwise, replacement and repair will be at the expense of the renter.

Cleaning charges of $400 Mexican Pesos will be assessed and charged to your credit card for any item requiring professional cleaning due to excessive soiling such as vomit, sticky substances, markers, crayons, or other difficult-to-remove substances.

Upon delivery, please inspect the equipment. If you find any item damaged, contact Baby Vallarta Gear Rentals immediately. If equipment becomes unsafe, please discontinue using it immediately and inform Baby Vallarta Gear Rentals to prevent injuries. Baby Vallarta Gear Rentals will replace the same or a similar item as soon as possible. If the item is not available, Baby Vallarta Gear Rentals will return the paid amount of the not used remaining days.

By renting, you acknowledge receipt of clean, working equipment and understanding of its proper use and operation. Manufacturer manuals are available upon request.

LIABILITY WAIVER LESSEE (CUSTOMER AND EACH OF ITS SUCCESSORS, ASSIGNS, AGENTS, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, SHAREHOLDERS, PARTNERS, SERVANTS, AGENTS, AND EMPLOYEES, COLLECTIVELY REFERRED TO AS “LESSEE”) ACKNOWLEDGES AND AGREES THAT:(a) Each item of leased property is of a type, design, quality, and manufacture selected by Lessee, acceptable to Lessee, and suitable for Lessee’s purposes; (b) Lessor (Baby Vallarta Gear Rentals) and each of its successors, assigns, agents, officers, directors, shareholders, partners, servants, agents, and employees, collectively referred to as (“Lessor”) is not the manufacturer or supplier of the equipment or the representative of either; (c) Lessor is not required to enforce any manufacturer’s warranties on behalf of itself or Lessee; (d) Lessor has not inspected and is not obligated to inspect the equipment; (e) Lessor leases the equipment to Lessee as is without warranty or representation, either express or implied, and Lessor expressly disclaims any warranty, express or implied, as to: (i) The title, condition, fitness for use for a particular purpose, design, compliance with specifications, operation, or merchantability thereof; (ii) The absence of latent or other defects, whether or not discernable; (iii) The absence of infringement of any patent, trademark, or copyright; or (iv) Any other matter whatsoever. All such risks, as between the Lessor and the Lessee, are to be borne by the Lessee.Lessee further agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Lessor from and against any and all claims, liabilities (including negligence, tort, and strict liabilities), demands, actions, suits, and proceedings, losses, costs, penalties, and damages, including, without limitations, reasonable attorneys’ fees and costs.I have read and understand this RELEASE OF LIABILITY and fully understand its terms. I fully understand that I have given up substantial rights by submitting this order, and I agree to these terms and conditions.
